Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING

  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon!)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

  • Angeles Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen events after shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom and faith-based nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

Orders can be canceled or edited within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing and cannot guarantee any changes.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Angeles Company LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not liable for losses caused by theft or misdelivery once the package is marked as delivered.
